Can I return an item?
Yes, it is possible to return an item.
Can I return make-up products?
We consider make-up products to be hygiene items that cannot be returned.
If you wish to return an order, the item must fulfil the following conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition in which you received it, with all parts, components and original packaging.
- The product has been used in a "normal" way. The product can be resold.
- You have received the item in a faulty condition.
Important notice:
- The shipping costs for returning an item are the responsibility of the customer.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the goods arrive at our warehouse in good condition.
- William Fashion has the right to refuse returns if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged by the customer.
How can I return an item?
If the order meets the return conditions, you must follow the procedure below to initiate the return process:
- Send an email to info@williamfashion.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Image of the product in case of breakage
- First and last name of the customer
- Address of the customer
William Fashion has numerous warehouses in Asia. We will inform you by e-mail to which warehouse you need to send the item.
30-day right of return
You have the option to return items that you do not like to us within 30 days (from the day you received/collected your order).
We work with a fully automated system. Orders are processed directly. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the dispatch process until delivery. A return is only possible after receipt of the order.
Refunds
If you decide to refund the returned item(s), you will be refunded within 7 working days after William Fashion has received your return parcel. You will be notified by email when the refund has been issued.
To receive the refund, we will use the same payment method you used to place the order.
